Gamesquare Esports Inc., Code Red Esports’ parent company, recently announced its expectations to start trading relations after being listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange. Previously, it also reversibly took over the transactions with Magnolia Columbia Ltd., and now this is another significant step in its aim of better success patterns.
Additionally, the sources also unveiled that the experts expect that Gamesquare will push forward the agency more with this listing. Moreover, it will work for the talent management services with the help of Code Red to grow its listing of the relationships with the top brands and expand its aim of potential acquisitions for the future.
Moreover, the executive board of the company is restructuring too, and this listing coincides with it. And the previous directors Neil Said and Chris Eben, resigned, and Neil Said tool over the role of Corporate Secretary, acting as a General Counsel. With their resignations, the new board formed, constituting Kevin Wright, Craig Armitage, and Maurice Colson. Kevin Wright will also serve as the CEO, and Paul Bozoki is the newly appointed CFO of Gamesquare.
Viewership has never been higher and the attention that the industry is attracting from major brands is incredible. Code Red has built a leading talent agency and esports are in their blood.
I see the tremendous potential within the agency business by expanding relationships with top talent and with leading global brands trying to reach an important group of consumers that are loyal to authentic gaming and non-gaming brands. Furthermore, there is a tremendous opportunity to acquire companies serving the esports market that we believe can benefit greatly from access to capital as part of the Gamesquare group of companies.Kevin Wright
